Texas Pre-Licensing Courses

CELI offers pre-licensing courses required to become a licensed Texas inspector WITH or WITHOUT sponsor training. Effective 01-01-2005, TREC requires a total of 448 hours to become a Professional Inspector. To become a Real Estate Inspector you must have 120 hours WITH training under a sponsor, or you must have 90 hours with ADDITIONAL time and training under a sponsor.
