As of September 1, 2012, an applicant must have completed a minimum of 180 hours, consisting of Principles of Real Estate, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, Promulgated Contracts Forms, and Real Estate Finance to be eligible to take the Texas Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam. Related course credit may no longer be used to meet education requirements for a salespersons license.
For your convenience, a 6-course/180 hour discounted package is available to you with or without exam prep material. These are the two most popular options, and is the recommended option for ease of registration, in addition to the significant price savings.
Have you already completed some of the required courses? Do you prefer to register for the courses one at a time? You may also register for individual courses to gain the number of hours you need to be eligible to take the licensing exam.
