This package includes a total of 98 hours, everything that is required for a Sales Agents first renewal. Included in this package are the following courses:

#851: Property Management - 30 hours
#911: Real Estate Investment - 30 hours
#29622: TREC Legal Update I - 4 hours
#29623: TREC Legal Update II - 4 hours
Students will receive a textbook for each of the above courses, which sets our real estate program apart. The textbooks (written by TREC approved instructors) have proven to be an invaluable tool for continuing education students, and will become an integral part of your professional reference library. Course materials are shipped via UPS Ground; therefore, to avoid shipping delays, please provide a physical address on your registration form (no PO boxes).

You may choose from one of the following course delivery methods. Please read each option carefully to ensure that you register for your preferred method.
COURSE DELIVERY METHODS:
Course Option #1 - PROCTORED ONLINE FORMAT: (Please note that this is a new format than what has previously been offered)
Students will complete the coursework online. Once all coursework is complete, students will then either:
(a) designate a proctor to administer the closed book final exam (for course #551, #851, #911 only); or
(b) schedule a date/time to complete the final exam at our office in Canton, Tx. (for course #551, #851, #911 only)
(The final exam for course #29622, and #29623 may be completed online)
Course Option #2 - C.E.L.I. OFFICE: Students will schedule a date and time to come to our office in Canton, TX to complete the coursework and final exam.
A proctor is an approved person that administers an exam and agrees to fulfill the proctor responsibilities required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). The proctor will verify a student's identity and will ensure that academic integrity guidelines are followed during the exam. Per TREC rules, a proctor must be one of the following: (1) employee at an official testing or learning/tutoring center; (2) librarian at a school, university, or public library; (3) college/university administrator, faculty, or academic advisor; (4) clergy affiliated with a specific church, temple, synagogue, or mosque; (5) an educational officer of a military installation or correctional facility; or (6) notary public. You may also choose to complete your exam at our office in Canton, TX.
NOTE: Per TREC rules, a student is allowed 2 opportunities to pass the final exam. If a student fails the exam, they may retake the exam only once after waiting at least three days.
